Rhonda Youngblood—Administrative Assistant

Rhonda Youngblood is the Administrative Assistant for the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation in Tulsa. She assists our program staff with document management and processing grant payments.

Rhonda has previously worked in the banking industry as well as for Mobil Oil Corporation, Southern Union Gas, and the American Diabetes Association.

An active volunteer, Rhonda sits on the boards of the Greenwood Cultural Center and the North Tulsa Heritage Foundation. She co-teaches a class on philanthropy at KIPP Tulsa. Through Samson, she spearheads the Martin Luther King, Jr., walk and is active in the Samson Employee Club. She loves to work with the children in her church, and she has a son and two grandchildren.
